Manager / Senior Manager in Consulting Department

TOO Deloitte & Touche Caspian Region offers job opportunities for experienced consulting team leaders to join their Consulting department based in Almaty (Kazakhstan) for the position of (candidates from all countries are invited):

Chief Financial Officer Services (potentially all industry sectors)
Manager / Senior Manager
Specific requirements:
• MBA with concentration on accounting or financial management or BS’s/BA in similar subjects backed up by significant practical experience
• Over 5 years of experience in Finance Department (financial/management accounting, budgeting) and / or Consulting Services Industry (consulting projects on ABC/M, ABB, BSC, costing, budgeting, accounting) and /or Financial Auditing experience.
• Very good English and Russian language skills.
• Previous exposure to management/project management responsibilities is a must
• Experience in Big 4 is a plus

Responsibilities for Senior Manager / Manager’s position:
• Developing successful client relationships and general business development
• Managing consulting projects and project teams
• Recruiting/ Supervising/coaching/counseling team members
• Developing knowledge base in order to meet current and potential client needs
